Is my data secure and backed up?
The security of your data such as subscriber lists, credit card details and email content is incredibly important to us. We have put in place both hardware and software protection to ensure that nobody else has access to your account and the information it contains.
Your data is constantly mirrored to a redundant backup server, meaning in the event of any significant failure we can instantly switch to this live backup without any data loss. All our hardware is also fully redundant so even if a disk suddenly dies, nothing will go down and no data will be lost. Further to these measures, all your data is backed up to an off-site location every night so that in the event of a system-wide disaster, we can perform a full backup recovery.
Rest assured, we go to great lengths to keep your data safe and secure.
How can I buy credits?
When you are ready to send your first campaign, you will be asked for your credit card details, and your credits will be available instantly for you to use for your campaigns..
Do you offer bulk discounts?
If you’re a big sender or would like to avoid lots of small transactions, then pre-purchasing email credits is for you. The pricing structure is a sliding scale, so the more you buy in any one transaction, the more you save. As you can see, this is for bigger senders only – you’ll need to buy more than 10,000 credits to qualify for a discount.

How do I ensure my emails do not get marked as spam?
PigeonMailer allows you to run a spam test which will show you if your email fails to pass through any spam filters. If you fail a spam test it will tell you why and give you the opportunity to adjust your campaign to ensure it passes all spam filters went sent.
PigeonMailer also has a built in “unsubscribe instantly” which allows any recipients to unsubscribe easily to avoid any angry customers in the future. These recipients are instantly taken off the subscriber list without you having to worry about it.
How do I access my templates and reports?
PigeonMailer runs online and therefore there is no downloading of software required. After you have signed up, we will send you a username, password and a link where you will be able to access your account.
Is it difficult to change my templates content?
Absolutely not! You need no developing or designing skills to edit your templates. PigeonMailer is designed with usability in mind. We take care of the designing of your template and allow you to merely change your pictures and text each time you send.
May I have multiple templates?
You may have as many templates as you desire. You may want a template to send invitations, a template to send newsletters and a template in the form of a brief catalog. You may also want numerous templates to suit your different target markets or different departments within your business; it’s entirely up to you.
